Blackmores I-Folic is a combination supplement providing iodine and folic acid—essential nutrients for preconception and pregnancy.

Reduced Risk of Birth Defects: Contains a daily dose of 500 micrograms of folic acid that may reduce the risk of birth defects of the brain and/or spinal cord, such as spina bifida, if taken daily for one month prior to conception and during pregnancy.
